Nestled within the serene landscapes of northwestern Wisconsin lies Canoe Bay.

Dining at Canoe Bay is an experience that celebrates the rich flavors of the region.  The on-site restaurant curates menus that highlight locally sourced, sustainable ingredients, ensuring each meal is both fresh and flavorful.  Guests can savor dishes that reflect the seasons, paired with selections from an extensive wine list, all while overlooking the serene beauty of the estate.

The aroma of fresh greens and bouquets of color consume me as I approach the Canoe Bay organic garden.

Deer roam near the fence while I open the gate.  Wandering through the serene Canoe Bay garden is a form of therapy and meditation for me.  After noticing two empty Adirondack chairs perched at the Southwest end of the garden, I settle into one.  Gratitude takes over as I inhale the fresh morning air.  I'm grateful for the fresh produce growing in this garden and for the gardener and chefs who work diligently to provide the best ingredients for their guests.
