Big Green Egg Grilling Night
The Big Green Egg: A Labor of Love
As a blogger, I often reflect on the messages I put out into the world.. Whether it’s through words, photographs, or the stories I share, I know that what I create has an impact. But beyond the digital space, there’s an even greater audience watching—my children.
The way we take care of ourselves—eating well, staying active, and prioritizing mental health—sets the foundation for their own habits. They see when we value our health, and they will naturally mirror those choices.
My son inspired me to write this post about the Big Green Egg. Recently, he was asked what clubs and extracurricular activities his school should add to their programming, and he responded with cooking classes.

Spring Fever & Sizzling Flavors: An Outdoor Cooking Revival
As the first warm breeze of spring rolls in, there’s an undeniable shift in the air. Birds sing, flowers bud, and the scent of charcoal and wood smoke drifts from our backyard patio. This seasonal awakening means one thing for my husband and me—it’s time to fire up the Big Green Egg.
With a passion for cooking and a desire to bring fresh, vibrant flavors to our family and friends, we’re rolling up our sleeves and diving into a season of sizzling recipes. From our cozy, sun-drenched patio, we’re sharing the tastes of spring one smoky, mouthwatering dish at a time.

The Big Green Egg isn’t just a grill—it’s a way of life.
From early morning slow-smoking sessions to impromptu evening cookouts with friends, this ceramic beauty is our secret weapon for unforgettable meals. With its ability to grill, roast, smoke, and bake, the possibilities are endless.
And what’s better than cooking outside, with the sounds of The Shins as the ultimate playlist? Our patio transforms into a warm, inviting space where food and conversation flow freely.
