Bold Cycle Kohler Wisconsin Motivates Me
Bold Cycle is now open.
As a freelance retoucher at Kohler Company, I had the opportunity to attend a cycle class at Bold Cycle in Kohler, Wisconsin. It was FANTASTIC!
Cycle class is new for me. I'm not a newbie when it comes to exercise, but I certainly feel out of the loop a bit. Taking care of three little ones is exercise in itself! Although familiar with weight, cardio, and circuit training classes, I've never worn these shoes that clip into the pedals.
Bold Cycle Kohler Wisconsin motivates me.
As I walk in, warm smiles greet me. Bold Cycle instructors assist me in the process. My shoes are clipped and the warmup begins. The pedals move fast with low resistance, but slow rapidly as the resistance increases dramatically. Lights dim to almost black. This helps my self-confidence because coordination is sometimes lacking. Now, nobody can see the stand, sit, and crunch motions.
Bold Cycle in Kohler, Wisconsin is AMAZING. In an instant, 30 minutes was up and my workout was complete. Indulging in a cold beer afterward is an option. But not today, this is my lunchbreak.
I can't wait to return to Bold Cycle.
