Bailey Kelly's hometown is Omaha, Nebraska.  After working in the restaurant and retail industry, Bailey now works at Ahern's Omaha office as a fire extinguisher technician.  At Ahern, she appreciates the opportunity to broaden her horizons.  Bailey keeps an open mind in all aspects of her life.  In college, she loved studying international politics and learn about different parts of the world.  Bailey is fascinated by the past and enjoys visiting historical homes.  Together with her friend, she re-creates outfits matching the site, and poses for photos to draw attention to the location's heritage.

Bailey leads with courage and resilience.  She is inspired by family and friends who have overcome difficult things.  Like them Bailey works on doing better and being better every day.  Bailey has grit and is not easily intimidated.  When in a stressful situation, she reassures herself and calmly finds a solution.  Bailey sees good in all people and tries to bring out the best in everyone.  Thoughtful and reflective, she is grateful for everything she has learned from others.

Bailey listens to her own instincts and honors her independent spirit. She bought her antique heart-shaped amethyst engagement ring before ever meeting her husband.  She just knew that it was the perfect ring for her.  Bailey knows that she wants to be a positive influence in this world. She plans to run for office in the future so that she can help others have a better life.  She wishes people were more kind to each other and used their imagination.  Bailey encourages others to speak their mind and to work to achieve their dreams.
