Present Moment Focused Stephanie Gainer

Stephanie Gainer started working at Ahern as an intern and has been at there ever since.  She currently serves as project coordinator, supportingthe project managers during all phases of a construction project.  Stephanie loves that every project is different and is always ready for a challenge.  Originally from Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Stephanie now lives in Union Grove together with her police officer husband and two young sons.  Stephanie and her family are very outdoorsy, and you will often find them near a baseball field or on a boat.

Stephanie leads with competence and positivity.  Both at work and at home, she is on top of things and her organizing skills are legendary. Regardless of how busy the day is or whatever life throws her way, Stephanie has a plan and knows what to do.  Everyone appreciates her kind and caring nature.  Material things are not that important to her.  Instead, Stephanie focuses on experiences, such as taking bike rides to get ice cream with her boys and husband.  She treasures being fully present with them and watching them grow and learn.

Stephanie is inspired by her dad, who has always been her rock.  She learned from him not only how to cut grass but also to follow her dreams, no matter what.  To be her best, Stephanie makes sure to clear her head and to focus on the present moment, preferably surrounded by nature. Stephanie wishes we would treat everyone fairly and with kindness without exception.  She encourages others to live each day to the fullest and to give each day their best effort, because tomorrow is never promised.
