Angie Waechter Leads With Adaptability

Angela Waechter grew up in Eden and lives in Campbellsport, Wisconsin.  She works as senior sales project manager at Ahern's Fire Protection Division in Milwaukee.  Angie is a gifted multitasker and excels in Ahern's fast-paced working environment.  Capable and quick on her feet, Angie enjoys larger projects where she connects field, design, and sales.  She and her husband combined two families and made it their own.  Angie makes sure that everyone in her family is well and feels loved.  When she is not doing things to help others, Angie loves gardening, hiking, and her backyard hot tub.

Angie leads with adaptability and grace.  She handles all of life's challenges with skill and patience.  When things don't go according to plan, Angie adjusts her perspective and envisions the best possible outcome.  Becoming a young wife and mother did not hold her back, but merely meant that she had to adjust her plan.  Consequently, Angie went back to school and pursued her career in the construction industry while raising her young children.  To achieve her goals, Angie works hard and has faith in God and herself.  She is thankful for her parents and for new opportunities.  Angie appreciates that others place their trust in her.

Angie keeps growing and evolving.  She admires people who are levelheaded during difficult conversations.  Angie focuses on what's truly important in life.  She is deeply content watching her children's and grandchildren's joy.  Angie looks forward to reading, traveling, and owning a lake cabin.  She dreams of a less divided world marked by compromise and collaboration.  She recommends focusing on being better instead of being bitter.  Angie encourages everyone to be mindful and to be happy with themselves.
